Pool Vandalism
We received a call from the pool care company on the morning of 6/4. When they went in to ready the swimming pool for the day they found that the pool and pool house had been vandalized. All the pool furniture had been thrown into the pool, the transition line and had been torn out of the pool and all the floats crushed and thrown in the playground area and in the woods. Glass beer bottles were all over the pool deck. The shower in the men’s restroom was running and because it was hot water, it created a sauna affect and now the ceiling of the men’s restroom is completely black. Then they removed all the toilet paper from the women’s restroom and set it on fire in the middle of the restroom. Luckily, the building did not burn down.
The board is currently discussing options for further security of the area and have contacted the police department. If anyone has any information regarding the event, please contact one of the board members or the Brownsburg Police.

PURPOSE OF WEB SITE AND DISCUSSION FORUM
This website is a tool for residents to keep themselves updated with what is going on in the community and to communicate with each other. Issues that need to be addressed immediately would have to be taken up first with R & G Managment via phone, e-mail or via the 'Violations' link on the left hand side. If one does not get a response from R & G Management within 24 hours, contact them one more time and then, if you are not satisfied with the response, contact one of the board members via e-mail/phone. It is also wise to research the topic you want to bring up for discussion in the covenants and restrictions document in the Documents section to understand what the HOA is and is not responsible for.
Residents should not expect the board to check on this web site daily and respond to their questions on the discussion board. If we do have updates, we will provide you those but it may not be immediate. You should be able to get your first hand updates from R & G which provides the updates to the board to begin with. The same thing applies to any contractor related issues regarding landscape, pool, and/or pond. The board just manages these contractors through R & G Management.
